At only 27 years old, our promising and talented chef, and Kaštela native, has been making his mark in the field of innovative cuisine combining modern food preparation and presentation techniques for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Perfecting his craft in the best fine dining restaurants, he has been a member of the hardworking team of the Spinnaker Restaurant for the past three years. His kitchen is the place where unusual combinations full of flavours and aromas come to life, guaranteed to tempt even the most discerning palate.

An experienced restaurateur who honed his skills in top restaurants throughout the Split area. Working at the Spinnaker Restaurant is nothing short of exciting and challenging at the same time. This exciting and dynamic position requires proper organisational skills and a great deal of creativity when it comes to food and drinks presentation and serving techniques.
