I’m passionate about combining traditional flavours with modern methods of preparation and presentation. Our menu is designed to showcase the best seasonal produce available from the land and sea around us. Turning our vision into reality would not have been possible without the dedication, hard work and passion of every member of the Spinnaker’s incredible team.
