Spinnaker – culinary destination where tradition meets modernity.

Located in the eastern part of the breakwater within the nautical centre, since 2018, the restaurant has been featuring a one-of-a-kind culinary experience in a modern setting that seats 90 guests inside and 60 guests outside.

Inspired by calm seas and panoramic vistas, our well-coordinated team will take you on a journey that blends traditional Dalmatian flavours with contemporary cuisine paired with top quality local and foreign wines.

We are committed to providing you with seasonal produce and fresh fish sourced from local suppliers and carefully prepared dishes. Special attention is given to vegetarian or gluten-free ingredients, plating techniques and dish presentation, thus taking our service to the next level.

To make sure that the yachtsmen enjoy their dining experience to the fullest, our restaurant also features mooring services.
